NBC has announced Superstars of Dance, a new dance-themed reality competition series from AI creator Simon Fuller and former Idol executive producer Nigel Lythgoe, will premiere on Sunday, January 4 at 9PM ET/PT.

Did anybody catch the season opener of this reality show last night? I'm generally not big into realilty TV but, for some reason, we liked this one when it was on several years ago. I was disappointed that they've replaced host Anderson Cooper with some other guy (Joe Somebody or Other).
But I still enjoyed the format of the show. I'm rooting for Mark the history teacher/soccer coach!

Anyone watching it this season? I didn't watch the first few seasons, but caught it last season and found it much sweeter than I expected. I'm not finding it as sweet this season. Half the girls seem more shallow than normal and Joe doesn't seem to want to try anything new. I think them starting out with the beauties against the geeks made the situation worse, even though they are back to how it should be now. I think it might be too late to save it.

I loved the first two seasons of Hell's Kitchen. I got a little tired of it last season, but still watched it until the end. I am trying out this season, hoping that it would change up the menu since I was tired of watching people fail at making beef wellington (even though you think they would learn before showing up if they saw any previous seasons). I was glad this season that there was new menu items, but I'm so shocked at the people they get on the show. After watching Top Chef...

Ohhkay....there is one thing when you have adults on Survivor moving heavy objects. In this case you see kids trying to push wagons..one of them falling down with a cramp! The kids cooking was rather tough and nuts!

I could see why, just based on the first 10 minutes, why people who enforce child labor laws were up in arms about this.

Though, I gotta say, team leader Laurel sure has one
