Does anybody else here watch "CSI:NY"? The season finale was AWESOME!!
Basically, it was "Die Hard" in the NYPD crime labs. Bad guys staged a fake fire and took over the building to try to retake their drug supply. Mac, Stella and Hawkes had to outsmart them and it was great to see them playing cat-and-mouse with the bad guys. Also, we saw Mac in a wet T-shirt.
Oh, and the Danny/Lindsay relationship is no longer in a state of UST!! I was glad to see them getting together. For once, a TV couple got together after they'd known each other about two years; rather than the TV standards of "jumping into bed with each other within hours of first meeting" OR "flirting with each other for four or more years, even though they are both single and obviously attracted to each other."
We'll have to see if having Danny and Lindsay "involved" ruins the show, as critics always claim any resolved romance tends to do. I doubt it. The *main* UST on the show is between Mac and Stella and I've already accepted the fact that their relationship will turn romantic only in the series finale, if ever.
