TONY'S THOUGHTS: It could work for a new generation of viewers that weren't alive during the original "Bionic Woman" run in the 70's, especially with past shows of strong women such as "Alias", "Dark Angel" and "Veronica Mars". But for older folks, they will still remember Lindsay Wagoner and not accept this version.

I remember the name of the older show... and know that I watched it... mainly because I had the doll and it was real cool how you could flip open and see the wires inside her arms and such... but I don't really remember anything about the show, I was too young. I hadn't planned on watching this at all, but the hubby recorded it and I ended up watching it with him, and I think I might have to watch it again... I usually don't watch anything that might have suspense or violence or anything like that... I still can't figure out why I'm hooked on Heroes, but I about gave the hubby a heart attack when I screamed out LOUD when the first Bionic Woman shot that one dude through the window. He was like why are you screaming?? Well, it startled me! I haven't decided if I think it's a good show or not yet...

TV Fanatic! Posts: 1665 11/25/07 19:29:58 The Cable Box Admin and Skin Saver!	I like action shows and liked the first Bionic Woman but I haven't watched this one. I think I might if they rerun it in order. It's available free online here, but they don't have the first ones available now.

TV Fanatic! Posts: 1717 02/03/08 13:45:44 The Cable Box Admin and Skin Saver!	So now they do have all eight episodes on-line. I've watched the first five. I'm liking it so far. I'm hoping they'll fill in some of the plot holes. I like that Jamie's not the first bionic woman. I like the actress playing Sarah (Katee Sackhoff) from her role as Kara on BSG. This show has a lot of potential. I'd like to see some more in-depth plot lines though.
