There was a switch in the order of how eps 1 and two were supposed to air and they were switched so 2 would air first followed by 1....then it was switched back so they were to air in order again.....
However, CTV still aired ep 2 .... then later on, a lot of Canada got to see ep 1 on ABC...so they got a two-fer....
Spoiler Nazi/Grey's Creator Shonda Rhimes will NOT be happy about this turn of events.... as it was the first two episodes were only sent to 3 reviewers in the whole country....by guard with special disclosure agreements they had to sign to ensure they wouldn't reveal what they saw in their reviews.....
