For the FIFTH year, we are doing the American Idol game! Once we get to the competition level of the show, the game begins
I will come up with a new scheme of prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
The game is very simple. After the competition show on Tuesday, you have to pick which contestants you feel will make the bottom three, in EXACT order (you don't get any points if for example your first place pick makes second...they have to be exact)
The point structure remains:
ROUND 1:
3rd to last - 10 points
2nd to last - 20 points
Eliminated - 30 points
When it gets down to the last six:
ROUND 2:
2nd to last - 30 points
last - 50 points
And of course...the final show.
WINNER - 100 points.
There will be a tiebreaker if two or more have the same score..that will be determined by the amount of votes people have made for the final episode.
NOTE You will have to get your picks in QUICK! For the first round, I will put the thread up for the game IMMEDIATELY AFTER the show Tuesday - 10PM EasternYou have to place your votes in before that Wednesday at 8PM (Eastern) 7PM (Central), 6PM (Mountain), 5PM (Pacific). The thread will be locked when the results show begins. My suggestion would be to place your vote RIGHT after the show ends just so that things remain fresh.
