SEGMENT 1:
It starts from the POV ceremony from last week, along with a buzzer stating that something is going to go down. They show Ryan and Alison ready to leave with the siren going off...as the game has become a single game, with only one of them leaving tonight.

In B&W they show Ryan and Alison ready to leave. Joshuah was happy to see Alison and Ryan walk out the door...he hated Alison. Matt hugged Ryan and hated Alison. The buzzer goes off as Ryan and Alison try to leave. Alison is jumping around like crazy, and it made Joshuah sick. Sheila was happy and said that they really worked as individuals...no couples. Adam was like "see ya baby!" Matt was all smiles and doesn't have his "pahtnah" (I love that Boston accent of his!). It was announced that either Alison or Ryan would be evicted solo...they show Alison's eviction. Ryan said he held it in and didn't want to celebrate it. Sheila said she couldn't look at her (in tears). Color happens at Day 28 and Joshuah hugs everyone for getting her out of the house...guys are jumping as Alison's picture goes black and giving high fives.
HOH competition is in B&W....Ryan wins Head Of Household. Ryan is happy for winning HOH, calling it a big turn of events. Matt was happy to see Ryan win HOH and wants to work with him...and that he only voted against him because of his "pahtnahship" with Alison. Joshuah was sarcastic about Ryan's win. Sharon felt that she and Joshuah are going to be up on the block together.
Natalie walks into a room and Matt is kicking her out...wanting Adam in the room. Natalie hugs Matt and tells her to get off him. Natalie thinks Matt is doing reverse psychology and that Matt really likes her. Chelsia talks to James saying she hates the game and now that they play as one, they ripped the game apart. As Chelsia talks outside, James is just thinking in his room, doing nothing. James predicts that Chelsia's going to change. Chelsia and Matt are talking as they lie next to each other and playing in the bed. James is wondering if Chelsia will be with him..or if it is gameplay.
SEGMENT 2:
Natalie is reading the Bible in the livingroom. Adam walks in as she talks about Joshua and what he has done and whatever he did, he can't really take it back. Joshua is in the hot tub praying to God to be a better person and apologizes for it...then wants help for his diet...doesn't want a 6 pack but a flatter stomach
and will give 10 percent tithe to the church.
Ryan invites everyone up to the HOH room and wants to see a picture of Jen in the room. They walk in with Buckeyes stuff...pictures of him and Jen. Joshuah said looking at Jen he was happy to have evicted her and that Ryan is a basic, boring straight guy. Matt was turned on by Ryan's sister. Chelsia slams the Buckeyes t-shirt since she is from Iowa and the Hawkeyes hates the Buckeyes.
Sheila is in her bed still upset about Alison leaving. She tells Adam that she's scared and now that she is gone, the game is going to get ugly...she can't talk to the girls like she did Alison. Adam is scared too and figure they would go after them. Sheila admitted that the two had a good game going on and wanted Adam to protect her. Adam wasn't too crazy about it.
James and Chelsia talk saying that he didn't plan to fall for someone on national TV. Chelsia said now they have to play the game totally safe. James said he would protect Chelsia. Chelsia feels that the trust is now ripped because of the change..and that if she can't win, she wants James to win. They aren't sure if Ryan is pissed with them. But Chelsia thinks they can win...there's a reason for everything.
Sheila goes into her own bed and disses Adam's sleeping patterns. Sheila said she won't go into others beds but someone could crawl into hers. Matt and Ryan talk about the voting and apologized about it. Ryan accepted it and wanted Matt on his side...they want to set up a crew...the three of them (Ryan, Matt and Adam). Adam and Ryan talk outside and Adam is assured that he won't go up. James walks in as they talk about "weeding out the gahbage!" (aka: the ladies)
SEGMENT 3:
I missed some of this because Yuku decided to do maintenance on the board!
They were doing the food competition where they had to dip into fondue in their bathing suits and spell out words for the foods that they want. Teams were in two (red and blue) and had to spell food for 10 minutes. The team that spelled the most words correctly win. The red "fontastics" team spelled 11 words correctly. The blue team "won-due-fuls" spelled 12 words correctly. The red team goes on slop...Shelia, Johsuah, Sharon and Chelsia.

They show some of the rooms. Joshuah talks to Ryan and cuts a deal not to be put up or backdoored. Joshuah volunteered to be Ryan's "bitch" for the week.
Morning happens as Joshuah dances around in the house to the kitchen (you hear disco style music in the background) as he's strutting in the mirror at his reflection.
Matt and Ryan were hanging as James walks in. Ryan has Sheila and Sharon in mind....James said Sharon is a smart girl and putting her next to Sheila, she would stay. Adam walks in. Matt calls the crew "the bros"...and talk about putting up Sheila and Sharon on the block. Then they wonder other things....James puts out Chelsia's name and that they have to do what they have to do. He didn't want the guys to think James is aligned with Chelsia. Ryan is thinking things but feels that it could be the best way to go..but nothing is final.
SEGMENT 5:
Ryan goes to the pictures as he has to nominate two people for eviction. Sharon was scared for putting Ryan up last week. Joshuah was nervous figuring deals get cut and people go back on their word. Chelsia is nervous but you can never tell what goes on. Sheila has no idea what Ryan is thinking and doesn't feel safe.
Ryan looks at the key box and has to make the decisions on his own..,.but this is a big part of the game.
NOMINATION CEREMONY:
Ryan calls everyone in to the livingroom...saying that he thought long and hard, talked to people..but the decision is his and it is based on strategy.

Chelsia and Sharon are up for eviction...nothing personal, it was a hard decision..the girls are strong and intelligent and will have an epic battle for females for the POV. Chelsia has to play for herself and thought James would have her back..but can't depend on it. James is hesitant about possibly looking at losing the person he likes. Sharon will do whatever she takes to win. Ryan said later you would have to get ruthless in the game.
